Docu Legalia is a digital project run by a natural person operating under this trading name, currently in a validation and development phase prior to its possible formal incorporation as a commercial company.

The owner acts as data controller of personal data, and is committed to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) as regards algorithmic transparency.

Docu Legalia acts exclusively as a technology provider, offering digital tools to generate and manage declarative, preventive, informational and confidentiality documents. The platform uses automation systems to optimize document creation, always guaranteeing final human supervision.

Data We Collect

We collect and process the following data to make the service possible:

2.1 Registration data

First name and last name.
Email address.
Password (stored using one-way encryption).

2.2 Payment data

Information managed exclusively by Stripe.
We do not store card numbers on our servers. The international transfers necessary for charging are carried out under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Transaction history and billing data.

2.3 Usage and activity data

Generated documents and their content.
Access date and time, IP address, browser type and device.

Document content is configured and validated exclusively by the user. Docu Legalia does not analyze or validate the legal content of such documents.

Purpose of Processing

Manage account registration and maintenance.
Allow the creation, storage and download of documents.
Process payments and billing.
Send technical, operational or security communications.
Provide technical support and ensure system security.
Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use.

Under no circumstances is the data used to provide legal advice or to assess the legal content.

Legal Basis for Processing

Performance of a contract: Provision of the platform's services.
Consent: For the use of analytics cookies or communications.
Legal obligation: Compliance with tax regulations.
Legitimate interest: Service security and fraud prevention.

Data Retention

Data will be kept:

While the account remains active.
During the legal retention periods (4 to 5 years) in blocked status to address potential tax or administrative liabilities.
Until the user requests deletion.
