In relation to signature services, Docu Legalia acts as a technology integrator. The technical validity, custody of evidence and compliance with eIDAS regulation correspond exclusively to the external Trust Service Provider (TSP). Docu Legalia is exempt from liability for technical failures in signature capture or in the integrity of timestamping outside its platform.

We do not offer personalized legal advice. The templates have been drafted with general legal criteria, but the final responsibility for the validity, suitability and use of the generated document lies exclusively with the user.
The user acts as the "Configuration Director". The act of validation and download constitutes express acceptance that the content is correct. Docu Legalia is exempt from damages arising from substance, form or content errors entered or validated by the user.
Docu Legalia DOES NOT guarantee:
Disclaimer of liability: Docu Legalia is exempt from liability for damages arising from incorrect use of documents, erroneous information entered by the user or subsequent legislative changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docu Legalia's total liability for any claim shall be limited, in any case, to the total amount paid by the user for credits during the last three (3) months. We will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
The user has full freedom to personalize the content. The final responsibility for the content of the signed document lies exclusively with the user.
Example: If a user modifies essential clauses of a document, the legal effect of those modifications is the user's responsibility.
Important: Docu Legalia does not validate, review or approve the final content of the document once it has been personalized by the user.
Automated assistance or artificial intelligence features are merely indicative in nature.
Docu Legalia does not guarantee that suggestions are complete or correct.
We inform you that our tools use generative AI. The user has a duty of human supervision ("Human-in-the-loop"). Generated responses must be reviewed and validated by the user before legal use. They do not replace a lawyer's judgment.
All elements of Docu Legalia are protected by intellectual property rights. It is forbidden to reproduce or redistribute templates without permission.
We comply with the GDPR. Your data is not sold. You can exercise your rights by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the platform operational, but we do not guarantee 100% continuous availability nor the absence of scheduled maintenance.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of disputes, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile (where the user qualifies as a consumer). For professional users or companies, they will submit to the courts of the city of the Owner of Docu Legalia.
